Rodolfo provides Hazardous Materials transportation regulations training in 49 CFR, IMDG, IATA/ICAO, ADR, Mexican NOMS and Lithium batteries (English & Spanish).

Performs compliance and security audits and other hazmat/dangerous goods services.

Responsible for the development of training programs to assure compliance with related Hazardous Materials transportation regulations. Provides comprehensive advisory and regulatory compliance support as it relates to the transportation, handling, storage, and delivery of hazardous materials.

Rodolfo serves as the COSTHA representative at the Mexico SICT Subcommittee No. 1 meetings (Mexican HazMat Transportation NOMs Regulations). He also leads the COSTHA Mexico Working Group ensuring members are regularly update on Mexican HazMat Transportation NOMs initiatives.

Rodolfo has over 10 years’ experience in manufacturing, logistics and dangerous goods transportation compliance.

Rodolfo has certifications in: 49CFR, IATA, IMDG, and ground regulation transport of hazardous materials and waste in Mexico (NOMs). Mexico STPS (Secretary of labor) instructor certified for 49 CFR, IMDG, IATA/ICAO and Lithium Batteries Multimodal Trainings in Mexico.

Rodolfo has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico.
