Laurie West, Administrative and Training Manager

Laurie West is the Administrative and Training Manager for Currie Associates.

As a member of the operations team, she works closely with the regulatory compliance staff to coordinate schedules, secure signed agreements and purchase orders, gather required documentation, and ensure the timely preparation and delivery of training materials. Laurie oversees training projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction through successful completion, including course wrap-ups such as invoicing, thank-you communications, completion certificates, and final student lists.

She brings more than 20 years of experience in administrative and support roles, having worked with many large companies in the benefits, personal lines insurance, and education industries.
