Laurie West , Administrative and Training Coordinator

Laurie West is the Administrative and Training Coordinator for Currie Associates.

Her primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the company’s office activities – answers the telephone, processes regulatory book orders, maintains the regulatory book inventory, works with database and accounting software.

She works closely with the operations team and regulatory compliance staff to gather and send appropriate training materials to the client. Along with preparing training materials she assembles, ships, and tracks the regulatory books needed for training. Laurie sees the training projects through to completion to ensure client satisfaction; handles and delivers course wrap-ups to include invoicing, thank you notes, completion certificates and final student list.

She has 20+ years of experience in the support function with many large companies in the benefit, personal lines insurance, and education industries.
