Canadian Dangerous Goods Transportation Compliance (TDGR) – 2024

This course is intended for the training of employees responsible for the handling, offering for transport or transportation of dangerous goods using the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations (or TDGR) in Canada. It provides the required elements of general awareness, function-specific training as well as emergency response, and can be used for initial and recurrent training.

The course meets the regulatory training standards set out in Part 6, Training, of the TDG Regulations to educate employees on safely transporting dangerous goods to, from and within Canada, and includes all recent amendments.

Learning Objective(s)

  • Navigating the TDG Regulations and the standards to determine classification/identification, packaging, dangerous goods safety marks (marking, labeling & placarding), documentation and ERAP requirements for the safe transportation of dangerous goods (DG)
